I own a 3 bed modern home in fallowfield south Manchester and would like to rent out a spare single room . I will only consider Females either professional or mature students . This is a family home so has to be somebody who is child friendly . Previouse lodgers have been welcomed in to our family and stayed for a couple of yrs .
