I am a 31-year-old Spanish engineer moving to work 9 to 5 in a consultancy in central London. I am looking for a reasonable commute to Marylebone/Bond St station, i. e. Central or Jubilee Lines. My budget is 750 pcm inc bills up to a 30 min commute using public transport or 900 pcm inc bills if less than 30 min walking distance. I require the room for a minimum of 6 months but I am willing to stay much more if comfortable. I am very laid back and respectful. I am friendly and easy-going. I don't smoke and I am clean/tidy. Don't mind socializing or giving other flatmates their own space if they prefer. I would like to move around the 8th of July (i am very flexible around this date) to a single or double room on Brixton, Stockwell, Vauxhall, Shepherds Bush, Maida Vale or Lisson Grove. Anywhere commutable to Bond street in 30 min is fine as well. Can only see flats during the weekends only anytime.
