Hey! I'm moving back to Liverpool so the house I've signed for has a vacancy! It's a 2 bedroom house at the outskirts of Hyde Park, both rooms are en suite, one has a shower, the other has a bath. It's close by to a supermarket, a convenience store, some restaurants and takeaways, has on street parking and is super close to good public transport routes. The other tenant in the house is one of my best friends, so I'm pretty bias, but she's amazing. She's 20 and a final year student nurse, who also works part time. I'm looking for someone to take over my contract within the next couple of weeks as it starts on 1st July but I've paid the deposit and my first month's rent which I don't want reimbursing for! Id also be happy to negotiate paying for some of the bills each month if it helps me pass my contract on faster!
