Will consider 7 days or weekday Lodger. Me & my cat live here 24/7 and my Son (who is currently at Uni and stays weekends & holidays). Lovely quite close even though a stone’s throw away from Brixton Road. Access to the Garden via living room. The House has smoke detectors, double glazing and GCH throughout and is secure. Bathroom on the same landing. Maximum stay will be discussed at 6 month intervals. 2mins from Brixton Road with access to plenty of buses. 30mins commute to & from central London. 6mins walk to Brixton Rail & Tube Station. 4mins walk to Loughborough Station. 7mins walk to Kings College Hospital. Great social atmosphere on your doorstep as Brixton market, Brixton Village, Ritzy Cinema are all 10mins away. please call for viewings and a chat Mon - Fri 5 -9pm and on Sundays from 11am - 8pm.
