About Sussex

Hello! We are four girls sharing a house but sadly one of us is leaving soon. We have been living in these amazing house for the past three years and will have one of our rooms available. The room is available from July, however we can be flexible with the dates. It’s a double room for single use. It comes with a double bed, chest of drawers, shelves, desk, chair and a bedside table. It is a very lovely room with a Victorian fireplace. House: It’s a two level four bedroom terraced house with a big garden, perfect for bbq and sunbathing (when the sun wants to appear ). We have a big kitchen and conservatory with sofa bed and a big table. There is a bathroom and a separate toilet. The house has plenty of storage space. Area: We live between Holloway Road and Finsbury Park (5-10 minutes walking from the station). The area has loads of cafes, local shops and supermarkets such as Tesco, big Morrison, Lidl. Our nearest station is Finsbury Park and there is a very good bus and tube connections ( Victoria Line, Picadilly and buses 29, N29, 91, N91, 259, 254, 253, 274, 153, 43) About Us: We are three girls (31 - 33 y. o.) who work from Monday to Friday. We like cooking dinner and sharing a glass of wine every now and again after work and during the weekends. We are like a small family and we care for each other. Although we have our own passions and we keep our own space, if you come with the right attitude you will find a house of friends. This is not just a room, but a lovely home in the heart of a crazy city! New flatmate: We have a great relationship and there is a family style atmosphere in the house, so we'd like someone with the same attitude.
