About Josh

I’m Josh, a 22 year old, civil servant who is currently commuting from Peterborough into Westminster every day which is just over an hour and a half, so I’m looking to move into London to reduce this. My ideal place to live would be along one of the District, Jubilee or Victoria lines, which is in close proximity to a rugby club and where lots of young professionals live. I am very chilled out as to who I live with, but would love to share with young professionals, who work hard, but enjoy their evenings and weekends together. For me, the ideal would be a house which feels like a home, being friends with my housemates and having a nice lounge to socialise in. I am out the house from 8-6 everyday, but you will gain a housemate who’ll pay their rent and bills on time, who are respectful of people’s space, and are clean and tidy.
