I regretfully need to move out of this super flat for work reasons, leaving behind 3 great friends. I'm therefore looking for someone to move into my double room. THE FLAT: The room is large and bright with south west facing windows which means great lighting all day. With the room you'll get the double bed and wardrobe (which has doors I've just taken them off). Room dimensions - 3.6m x 3m The open plan kitchen / lounge has plenty of storage and is fully kitted out. There are two bathrooms, one with a stand in shower and one with a bath / shower. Superfast broadband (70mb down, 20mb up) FLATMATES: 2 of the flatmates are brother and sister, and the other is a long term friend. They're all working professionals, clean and respectful. It's much more of a 'homely' environment rather than sharers keeping themselves to themselves (which is fine) but that social side of a house share is there if that's what you're looking for! They're ideally looking for a girl but are open to males. LOCATION: The location is amazing. It's a 10 minute walk down to Archway (Northern line) which has a great high street with everything you could ever need. Tufnell Park station is a 10 minute walk away also on the Northern line getting you into central in around 15 minutes. It's also only a 10 minute walk to Hampsted heath, which is a beautiful park displaying great views of the London skyline. There are great bus links too, one stop is right outside the front door which goes to Gospel Oak (overground) and another at the end of the road which goes to Waterloo. VIEWINGS: I'm flexible, however my housemates would also like to meet you and work full time so weekends / evenings are best. Move in date flexible between 24th July - 1st August but the agreement needs to be signed to start on the 24th. Fire any questions my way!
