One double bedroom is becoming available from 9th August 2019 (an earlier moving date is negotiable) in a clean and tidy, fully furnished, 3-bedroom house with 2 bathrooms, spacious kitchen (there is a washing machine, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, a large fridge and also a separate refrigerator) and lounge, and a lovely garden. There is also free off-street parking space. A garage is available for extra storage. The house is situated opposite Greenland Dock, CANADA WATER, is within a 5-10 minute walking distance from Canada Water tube station, as well as from Surrey Quays over-ground station, and is well served by buses. There is also a 24-hour TESCO supermarket and a Surrey Quays Shopping Centre within a 5 minute walking distance. The room is sunny, has big windows and view to the garden. It comes up with a double bed, wardrobe etc. It has its own bathroom (not en-suite) and costs 700£ per month, excluding bills and cleaning services. Bills come up to 150£ max, cleaner included. We are looking for an easy-going, friendly, clean, professional, preferably around mid-thirties, to share this house with us. We are 2 nice females from Greece, a research scientist and an interior designer, who have interest in art, cinema, travelling and enjoying London life. We are both well house-trained and respectful of other people's privacy. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept couples. We look forward to hearing from you!
