My housemate of 2 years is moving on, ( and wants to go right away) so I'm looking for someone to share our great house which is situated in a quiet neighbourhood just off Cold Bath Rd with shops, cafes and pubs, and 2 minutes from the Valley Gardens. Its about a 10 minute walk into Harrogate. Your room is an unfurnished double, with big built in wardrobes. You have the sole use of one of the two bathrooms - your bathroom is across the landing from your room. We share a good sized kitchen/dining room and the sitting room. We also have a small sunny patio/garden where i keep my bicycle and where we have barbecues in summer. There's on-road parking with a permit Bills are not included - a half share of bills is typically £150 per month. With my current job i get broadband and you are welcome to use that - but its not part of the rental.
