Hello, I’m looking for a female tenant to replace myself in a 4 bedroom house in Leicester with tenancy starting in August/September 2019. The three girls who will be living here as well as myself are currently medical students at UoL, and our house is a ten minute walk from campus, the railway station and the LRI hospital. Hence ideal for students at DMU or UoL! £78ppw and £250 as deposit. Bills not included. Parking permit required when parking in the area. Currently unable to provide any photos - will be able to do so in August. Sorry for the inconvenience!
