Hello, I am Shathisa Perera and I will be coming to the University of Law in Manchester to study LLB Law this September 2019 as a first year undergraduate student, alone. I would like to rent a room or an apartment or a studio from 1st September 2019 until 31st May 2020. I would very much like to pay a deposit and have a contract signed with the owner of the place I rent. I would also like to see the place before I pay the deposit the place. I am a very friendly and cheerful person and very clean and tidy. I am not a judge-y person either so anyone can talk to me anytime they want as well as I am not a clean freak but I would like a clean kitchen and bathroom and toilet of course. I do not mind having roommates either despite the gender. My budget is £200-300. Thanks!
