We have a large, newly refurbished and bright double bedroom available 5 min walk from Wimbledon station, yet on a quiet street. I am a hotel manager and have lived in Wimbledon for the last 12 years. I am very tidy, quiet and considerate, and am looking for a housemate who would have the same qualities (preferably male) Public areas: kitchen, bathroom, dining room are shared with only one other person.
