On the whole I am a quiet person who keeps himself to himself so your space and privacy will most definitely be respected.   The same goes for my current lodger who finds himself at work most hours of the day. I enjoy exercise, tv shows, reading, Netflix, business, music, pubs...could be here forever. My home was completely renovated just a few months ago.
