Bright double room to rent in lovely new build flat in Greenwich! We are located just across the way from Greenwich DLR and train station, literally 1 minute walk from door to DLR, in a nice area with no roads immediately around the flat other than the one leading to it. This means nice, peaceful views in the room available for rent and throughout the rest of the flat. The flat is one of the new build flats, it's comprised of two floors: Downstairs we have a large lounge area with a big balcony that looks onto a green cul-de-sac area. As well as a nice kitchen area and downstairs bathroom. Upstairs we have the two bedrooms and a bathroom/bath/shower. The room to rent is a nice size, furnished and has lots of storage space. Note that the photos include some of our old flatmates things still. The flat is shared with myself and my fiancé Flora, as well as a very friendly cat named Cica. I work full time and Flora works and studies as a Student. Greenwich is a great place to live, the DLR takes you straight into central London via Bank/Monument station which has connections to the Central, Northern, District & Circle lines. And we are within 5 minutes walking distance of the riverside, Cutty Sark, and Greenwich town centre. Give me a call and arrange to come meet us and see the flat.
