I am a 26 year old single man who owns and operates 2 small businesses looking for a housemate to share a terraced or detached place I am sociable and like to have friends come by at least once a week. Flexible with rules but would prefer someone near and tidy who isn’t too much of a party animal, but also open to socialise. 420 friendly. Looking to spend £600 max on rent per month (the place I am looking at would be £550 each pcm excluding bills.
