Hi, I'm looking for flatmates to rent a flat together by Regents Park Station, or anywhere within walking distance from the park itself. I work as an evening/night receptionist at a residential estate and a freelance web developer at the same time, and on weekends I organize music events and DJ. In the daytime mid-week I go to the gym, cook, or read in the park. I practice mixing, on average, one evening a week, so ideally I'd like to share with people who enjoy electronic music. Otherwise, i don't spend much time at home except for sleeping. I'm looking for people who: * Have lived on their own for some time and know how to co-habit peacefully and communicate in a mature, constructive way. * Are tidy; don't leave mess behind and are happy to take turns cleaning up the flat (or hiring a cleaner) I'm looking mainly at cozy budget options.
