Hey I'm James, creative-type, London born and bred looking for a room to rent. I'm looking to move between mid-October and November, but can be flexible. My budget is £850 pcm per room (including bills) I live in Streatham and am looking to stay in Lambeth/Southwark. In particular, I'm interested in Streatham, Brixton, Herne Hill, Tulse Hill, Elephant & Castle, and the Peckham area.
