I am habitually clean, tidy, and organised. I'm very easy going, and I likely won't be at home every night (work purposes). If I have any issues, I'm capable of confronting the issue and fixing it as I don't like hostility or awkwardness. I don't make much noise, I can cook healthy food and I likely won't have any friends over very often. I do however vape, which I hope won't be too much of an issue for you.
