Looking for a clean and cared for home, complete with mature, mindful, and clean housemates. Living space/dining room without a TV is a giant plus. I’m not a clean freak (maybe I am), but I leave things at least as clean as when I received them. Frequent and honest communication is best, especially with housemates. Maturity on all sides is essential. I work, volunteer, have my own hobbies, and like many, need my own time and space to recharge. I don’t drink, smoke, or watch TV, but I’m a social being.
