Hi there I have a double room available with newly painted white walls and with a smooth grey carpet :) I am looking for FEMALES ONLY! ME: I am a 37 year old female who has 3 jobs so you may never see me as i'm always working or sleeping LOL but I am a sociable person too so now and then I wouldn't mind watching a movie with my housemate with a glass of wine or 2. I am someone who likes a clean house not OCD but I like to live comfortably. I am the kind of person who respects others privacy and would like the same in return. YOU: A female who is similar to me in regards to chipping in with the house work every now and then and someone who likes to come home to a peaceful house. The house is 5-10mins walk from Whitgift and Central shopping centre 10-15mins walk to East Croydon station is has great links to Central London and 10 mins walk to West Croydon station. There is also a selection of different gyms around the area and Surrey Street market which sells fresh fruit and veg is literally minutes away from the house. The room is £100 a week with a £100 deposit. I do require 2 references and do no take on any DSS My aim is to have a housemate to rent the room Monday-Friday but with the right person I am willing to have a housemate Monday-Sunday but rent would then be £120 a week.
