I am self employed and work from home most days (however this won't be for too much longer). I consult on marketing in the music industry. I'm a fairly relaxed housemate my main requirement is that the flat is kept clean and tidy. I'm 29 and prefer to go out and eat and do drinks rather than mad nights out - my raving days are definitely over. I'd say I'm a good house mate, as I'm considerate and clean.
