Firstly happy new year! I have a feeling it will be a good one :) Within the next 3-6 weeks, I will be moving home and am looking for the ideal person/people to share with. The area that I'm looking in is Croydon, within 15-25mins walking distance to East Croydon station for commuting purposes. I have spent the last 4 1/2 years renting out a two-bed place in Beckenham and although it was lovely to have the whole place, I'd really like someone with whom I can share a home with and the responsibility that goes with it. So a bit about me and what I'll be bringing to our new home: Two adorable cats. Spiritual, bi, openminded, lefty. 39 years old. I work full time in hospitality, so I do shift work which changes from week to week. This can be really nice if, like me, you often like to just potter around in peace and quiet, as I do a fair amount of double shifts. Although that's my full-time job I have other part-time interests and my passion is writing; something which I'll be working on a lot this year (very exciting to finally be taking myself seriously in this department!). I fully furnished my previous place (although bedroom furniture for only one bedroom), and I love creating a homely cosy home so will be looking for an unfurnished place with you, and up to one other. Happy to send you photos of my last place if you want to get an idea of my style. Having a garden is a must, as well as having a lounge and a decent sized kitchen and bedroom.
