I'm a 25 year old professional male moving to Manchester next month for work (I work in the animation industry), looking for a flatshare with a hopefully a 6 month max term onto a rolling contract. I'm a friendly, quiet and clean person, I mostly enjoy winding down from work at home with a film/gaming, working on my own art and cooking. Also enjoy getting out at the weekends for walks to get me away from my desk for a bit, checking out the local culture, food and shopping. I'm looking for a flat with a bedroom with enough space for me to set up a desk or with one (en-suite also preferred) and with someone similar to myself, laid back and prefers to keep things chilled and relaxed at home. Any gender or age is fine with me, but would like to live with a non-smoker :) I'm mainly looking for somewhere near the Northern Quarter/City centre for the transport links and convenience, but I'm open to other areas too!
