Sharing with a couple: Lee, from London - works for Ted Baker heading up it's International business: travels a lot! Anastasiya is currently living/studying here in London. Both very relaxed, considerate, respectful & interesting people. Both straightforward & friendly. Flat is very peaceful. The block is Grade 2 listed, built in 1939, interesting architecture, clean and safe; Charles Rowan House. Bills are around £100 per month including weekly cleaner, fast wifi and all else. The bedroom is a double 14 by 7.5 Flat has a good size balcony which is great: some sun in summer, grow some plants, sit out and sky watch, dry washing & if you smoked you could here! Nice to have outdoor space. Great location for Clerkenwell 1 minute from Exmouth Market, easy for Angel, Farringdon, Kings X & Old Street.. Lee owns the flat which means any problems are taken care of & why it's decorated & furnished to a high standard. We keep the flat clean and tidy & a cleaner comes once a week.
