Hi, I'm Jeremy . . . I moved out to west in the summer, but want to head back towards Central to be closer to friends and family . . . I feel like I'm looking for a unicorn – a double room with space to work from home if I need to (I'm a graphic designer) with a limited budget (£700 inc. bills max) . . .
