Mansions Estates has been established since 1988 where we dealt with sales and lettings. We then went on to specialise exclusively in residential, commercial lettings and property management, working ethically with our landlords to help them achieve the best possible market value for their property. As a local independent lettings agent based in Hackney, covering areas of Inner London, we are devoted to delivering a high standard of customer service to all of our clients by our highly motivated and trained staff, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction is not only an asset for the company but a key priority. Who Are We A Part Of? We are proud to say we are affiliated members of ARLA (The Association of Residential Letting Agent). We are monitored by TPO (The Property Ombudsman) – As members of the TPO we are required to follow The Property Ombudsman Letting Code of Practice which will assure you that we endeavour, you will always receive a good standard of service, and as a bonus we are also required to have Professional Indemnity insurance. We are also users of TDS (The Dispute Service/Tenancy Deposit Scheme) – We can assure you all deposits are highly protected and managed fairly when there is a very unlikely dispute. We are accredited landlords and for the benefit of our landlords and tenants we also have a client money protection in place.
