I am looking for a large single or a double room, preferably not furnished, tenancy agreement, 5-10 minutes walking distance from shops (e.g. Iceland, Lidl), for a long term accommodation. I am a professional, quiet and private person and would like to share the house with flatmates who also value quietness and privacy. I am keen on keeping house always in good order, as cleanliness and hygiene are very important to me.
