Hello, I'm 24 and moving down to London for the first time from Peterborough. I'm looking to spend between £600-£700 per month for a double room and move in early May time. I work for the Royal Society of Arts near Embankment so would love it if I could get a flat within walking distance, by Waterloo would be ideal, but the realist in me says that's gonna be difficult. I like going to a lot of gigs and adventuring into the London nightlife but I'm also a big fan of just staying in chilling with mates and a bottle, or bottles, of wine. I'm really easy going and usually get on with everyone I stay with but I'm all for personal space as well, hungover Adam doesn't usually say much!
