Hey, I'm looking for a room to rent, as I'll be working in London 3 days a week. (The rest of the week I'll be in Cardiff, where I live with my wife & daughter.) I'm a clean and organised person. I don't expect to spend much time in the house, as when in London I'll spend most of my time in the office, with the rest of the week based in Cardiff.
