Large 4 bedrooom house spread across 3 floors. Good size kitchen with lots of cupboard space, large living room with some furniture and tv. We have virgin broadband 250mbps. The rent is £375 pcm, and bills come to roughly £125 a month, though can go up and down with gas and water usage. There are 3 other people living in the house, all of whom are very friendly and easy going. Most people in the house smoke, though smoking inside the house is not permitted, however we have a nice seating are out back, which is under cover.
