I'm a professional website developer on the search for a sociable house share, preferably from existing tenants or direct from the landlord in North, NE London or Brixton. As I have a lot of freedom with my work, I choose to work from offices/cafés during the day, but will sometimes want to continue working from a desk in the evenings. I love cooking, so a good kitchen would be great; enjoy socialising with house mates occasionally (shared living room), I clean up as I go along and think I’m not a bad person to share a space with! :) I also cycle and have my own road bike, so appropriate space for this would be great. An unfurnished room is fine too - because I have my own things if needed. Private listings only from current house mates. 3 or 4 bedroom places are preferred. No agents.
