Sharing with two ACM graduates and one third year photography student at the University for Creative Arts in Farnham. Friendly but quiet people (apart from the occasional music practice!). Room is a nice double size with a built in wardrobe. One shared bathroom with a shower. Nice sized garden and kitchen. Parking available. House is a 20 min walk to the centre or Guildford or the train station, or a 6 minute bus journey (the no. 27 comes right outside the house regularly). Local shops such as sainsbury, coop and a boots pharmacy all within walking distance.
