Looking for a dog loving, aviation shift worker - I have 3 rescue ex laboratory beagles (Peach, Daphne & Elsa)- so experience with these adorable yet loopy dogs would be mutually beneficial - ability to walk, play and make a fuss of them would be great too - they are all still quite nervous and are all cautious of anyone dressed in black - they will eat anything - whether edible or not so if you leave anything downstairs its fair game for them - they are not allowed upstairs under any circumstances (except for the very occasional bath between grooms) I have a double room available within a clean well maintained house, 15 minutes from NEC and Birmingham Airport - ample parking available Looking for a non smoking housemate who is not afraid of the vacuum cleaner (with three beagles I do tend to vacuum at least 5 times a day) and steam mop and who is prompt and reliable at paying rent on time Previous Housemate was with me for 6 years, & left just under a year ago after the collapse of Monarch Airlines - and it's time to fill the room once more It's just a 5 minute walk to train station and less than 10 minutes to M42 junctions 3 and 4 10 mins from Blythe Valley Business Park. Newly fitted Bathroom & Kitchen and well decorated throughout. You will have access to the entire house, have your own fridge, cupboard space and use of all kitchen appliances (excluding washing machine) Freshly decorated Double Room has large built in cupboard, Double Bed, Bedside Table and Large free standing cupboard with drawers - black out blind and curtains. Small Private south facing Garden complete with Garden Furniture (just gone away for the winter) Unlimited Fibre Broadband - perfect for iplayer/netflix etc as TV signal is useless here due to being in a dip - I work a variety of shifts and often away from home, therefor housemate must be trust worthy and have good references.
