Hi there :) I'm looking to rent a two bedroom flat or house with someone who's friendly, clean and tidy, splitting a monthly rent fee of no more than £700 (might be willing to accept a slightly higher rent fee depending on the property). I'm an easy-going guy who is all of the above, and if you like good food I think we'll get on pretty well because I love to cook! I'm currently living in a two bedroom house with someone who is very messy, so I want to move in with someone who's clean and tidy above all else. I like to read, write, work-out, play squash, swim, play snooker, go to the cinema and see friends. It has to be in Norwich, and in the NR1 area, ideally as close to Riverside as possible. Dan.
