I am a live-in landlady looking to rent 2 rooms to 2 lovely people who would like a peaceful and calm house. I have 2 pets, a pup and a cat that wwould live on the ground floor and separately form your accommodation. I have facilities, such as kitchen, bathroom and living areas and there are another fully equipped kitchen and sitting room for your use. I Ilke to share a coffee and a catch up sometimes, so not completely anti-social, but need those who can be self-sufficient. There is a shared sitting room to socialize in and relax. Obviously, I have a dog so enjoy walking, theatre. The dog is super friendly and would love the odd interaction, but can be kept separate.
