My boyfriend Josh and I have owned our lovely Peckham flat for 18 months, we're looking for someone chilled to move into our spare room. I'm a northerner, 30 and work in fashion. Josh is a carpenter, 32 and a huge reggae fan. We like to keep the flat clean and tidy but often have friends over. We spend most evenings either cooking, listening to music or watching telly. Our pad is overflowing with house plants so you may be called in for watering duties when we are away. We are hoping to find a like-minded flatmate, roughly the same age and with similar interests. But ultimately we want someone who is laid-back, easy-going and who is going to treat our flat with respect.
