Professional, London based, looking for a cool base, ideally near some water. Flat should be modern, new, clean / if you know what I mean. My theory on house sharing? Keep common areas clear of individual belongings. Like, why have a swanky place and spoiled it right off with dirty shoe racks near the entrance? Makes no sense. Cereal boxes?
