I'm friendly, outgoing and clean! I'm always around good music and at gigs! I play guitar and sing though not too loud so don't bother neighbours too much... I have asthma so can't live in a place where people smoke inside and I would need a non-carpeted floor in my room... I don't mind too much if the room isn't furnished but would love a washing machine and en suite bathroom (or clean mates!) I am currently in Malta but will come back around mid-May so happy to have some viewings. I'd love to move early/mid-June ideally but can move tenancy forward to mid-May if it's what I need.
