I am looking for a nice, friendly professional couple/single to share with Georgia a dancer, and Sophie a researcher (late 20's) my 5 bedroom home. It is on 3 1/2 floors, and I stay on the top floor from time to time with my own facilities. The Master Bedroom is huge and comes fully furnished with a large desk for home working if required. There is also a personal Virgin Tivo cable box. I am a keen gardener and usually grow tomatoes, runner beans etc which housemates are welcome to share. Nansen Road is one of the quietest streets in the area, an oasis in a busy city. It is reasonably close to Clapham Junction station and Clapham Common tube. There are also fast buses 8 minutes away (137/452) to the centre of town every 5 minutes. We are situated between Lavender Hill and the vast expanse of Clapham Common which is ideal for the fitness freaks out there, running etc plus free gym equipment dotted around. It is a young area with some wonderful bars/ restaurants/shops, (when they open again!) particularly in the Northcote Road/Battersea Rise area nearby. I offer 200MB wi-fi broadband with a VIP sports and movie package. There is a cleaner included (common parts only) in the price. All bills are included.
