I am a professionally qualified Civil Engineer and work for a Management Consultant. I am the owner of the house and have got one room vacant for a period of max 6 months starting from 1st December 2018. I am looking to offer a 'Short Term' tenancy to a 'Working Professional' (either Male or Female) from Dec'18 - May'19. Individual must be able to pass the 'Credit Reference Checks' prior to offering the Tenancy Contract.
