Hi! Let me introduce myself first! I'm a laid back and easy going Black Gent who loves watching movies, games, Restaurants, cooking, clubbing, socialising with friends, getting drinks and having fun! and i'm seeking preferably 2 women or one for the single room that i’m renting out for only 400 per month. The property is owned by my parents so I will let you speak to them before you agree to move in. Currently there are tenants living here, two males (including myself) and a female (who is one of the guys! lol) but she is leaving in December. My requirements: Is that your respectful, friendly, not confrontational and not argumentative and that your not crazy and you don?t have a crazy temper lol Please tidy up after yourself and ask before taking certain things. DO NOT bring random strangers into my house at odd hours of the night and making noise when everyone is trying to sleep because I've had previous bad experiences with strangers knowing where I live so it kinda got me weary & on edge which has led to misunderstandings but I would prefer that you bring trustworthy and respectful people that you know and DO NOT give the house keys to anyone else, only you should be in possession of them. I take these rules very seriously so I only ask that you respect them. Other than that, i'm not overly strict with a high list of rules as long as you respect what I've written, I love to laugh and have fun and look forward to hearing from you!
