Im 36 yr old recently on dss due to bereavement looking for emergency accommodation asap in and around the Oldbury Tividale area. I have a glowing reference from my previous landlord of over 5yrs whom i rented a 3bed house from without any issues. I'm struggling with upfront costs and fees but am willing to do a payment plan or offer the government bond scheme for the deposit. My housing benefit gets paid straight to the landlord, always on time or early if holiday period but never late. I'm an easy going keep myself to myself unless otherwise but always get on with others. I've been renting private for 17 years without issues and never been in this position.
