I'm renting out my large double en-suite spare room in a beautiful two bedroom, two bathroom contemporary Victorian conversion in North London, 8 mins from East Finchley village centre. I've worked in marketing for twenty years, travel with work sporadically so am often away for periods of time, other times I work from home or from various offices across London - so my schedule is ever changing. I'm pretty chilled about most things, have friends over for wine and cocktails, like nice things and treat the property very much as my home so I'm looking for someone similar who will look after it as I do. Ideally I'm looking for another girl (I've lived with lots of people!), who likes a nice place to call home, is happy to have a very friendly and silly house cat as a fellow 'rentee', who doesn't mind my friends pooch coming to stay and is just generally okay with fur-babies, is clean, tidy and reliable. I'm not a wild party animal (!) at all, prefer wine bars, live music, the theatre and Soho, try to do my bit by recycling and buying ethical things where I can, try to shop local (Waitrose is also 5 mins away, disaster). There is ample parking too.
