I'm a student of the university of derby, but because I am leaving it I am searching for someone to takeover my contract. And you'll get also a free month because the January month is already payed. However all the housemates are really friendly and welcoming, I'm coming from Italy and without knowing no one, and I couldn't ask some better housemates
