I am looking for flatmate in my 2 bedroom flat 7 mins in bus from Walthamstow tube and 5 mins walk from Woodstreet station. I live in the flat with my husband and we both are quite people, who likes to enjoy glass of wine together and good conversations. As it is a new flat we always keep it clean and tidy. We are not party freak and I am looking for flatmate who is professional and looking for quite place to live, not party freak please. Friends are always welcome at home if there is no mess made in the Flat. The room rent is 650 pcm with all the bills included. The room is available on 11 Feb 2019, and the first month I will not charge full rent as the move in is in the middle of month plus 2 week deposit 300£.. From 1st March will be the full rent of 650£.
