I am a young working professional whom will also be living in the apartment and looking for a flat mate. You will have full shared access of the apartment ie. Kitchen, Balcony and Living room. It would be nice to also have a working professional but students are also welcome. (guarantor or upfront payment required).Ideally someone who will treat the place like their own home and maintain the property.
