About Emma

Hello, Sadly a couple of our amazing house mates are moving out so we are looking for a new house mate/s to join our home in Stoke Newington. We have a very large double room with en suite available on the 2nd floor of our five bedroom house. The cost would be £1,070 for a single person and £1,200 for a couple (including bills), We are a sociable house who likes to watch crap TV, have the occasional house meal together or hang out at one of the many local pubs. In the house there are currently three girls and one guy, which might sound like a lot to some but the house rarely feels crowded because we are all pretty busy people and the communal areas are large. We are looking for one or two people who have full time jobs, who are looking for a social place to live but who also like to do their own thing. Due to our jobs (and because we are getting a bit older!)we are not looking for someone who wants to live in a party house. We like our home to be a nice space to escape the crazy, so do our partying outside of the house. There is some furniture in the room; a bed(if you don't have your own), a wardrobe and a chest of drawers but there is plenty of space for more if you have your own furniture. We have a large kitchen, living room, one bathroom and a small downstairs toilet all of which are cleaned by our lovely cleaner once a week (cost included in the bills, the en suite is also cleaned weekly). There is also a small garden area which is a nice sun trap during summer so green fingered people are more than welcome!
