I’ll be moving out of my en-suite room in Dalston on the 19th March and need someone to take over my lease (there is 2 months left however the landlord said he can start a fresh 6 month lease). Rent is £730 per month + roughly £80 each for bills. Room is in a 2 bedroom flat so you’d only be living with one other person!
