I am 25 and my boyfriend Chris is 29. I am leaving to teach in china for a year and am looking for someone calm and professional to take over my share. We have a 2 bed flat, both double rooms of the same size, both with a built in wardrobe. The bathroom comprises of a shower, toilet, sink and heated towel rail. There is 1 allocated space to share, but also 5 visitor spaces. We have 2 cars and have never had trouble parking. The flat is opposite a pub and some shops within 2 minutes walk. There is a Tesco approximately 5 minute drive away.
