All bills are INCLUDED in the rent. The flat has 3 bedrooms but the bathroom is only shared between two rooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with cupboard, dishwasher, washing machine, stove, oven, fridge, microwave etc. Transportation links: - Canada Water Station (Jubilee line): 10 mins walk. - Surrey Quays Station (Overground): 7 mins walk. Amenities: - Gym: 3 mins walk. - Tesco Express: 2 mins walk - Surrey Quays Shopping Centre: 10 mins walk. - Tesco Extra: 10 mins walk. - Lidl: 6 mins walk Rent £800 pcm: - one month rent in advance - one month rent secure deposit, that will be given back at the end of the contract. - £100 admin fees, paid once. - contract is 6 months-rolling.
